Blaser USA Inc. (Blaser USA) warrants to the original retail purchaser, that all MINOX products not covered by the MINOX Total Coverage Warranty (see below for further details) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the sales receipt.
During the warranty period, Blaser USA shall repair or replace the product if determined to be defective.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This Basic Warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. Blaser USA is not responsible for warranty replacement should the MINOX product have been modified in any way or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire or flood, damage caused bycorrosive batteries which have leaked in the product, or service performed by others than Blaser USA/MINOX.
If it is determined to be a non-warranty issue, further instructions will be communicated as to repair options for the product.
MINOX Total Coverage Warranty
This extraordinary plan provides protection against manufacturing defects, functional failures, or any accidental damages to the covered product, such as breakage, water damage, or accident for a period of 30 years.
To gain the full benefits of the MINOX Total Coverage Warranty, the product must be registered at the MINOX Total Coverage Warranty Product Registration Page.
Products purchased outside of North America cannot be registered on this site.

After registering your purchase, you will immediately benefit from the advantages of our MINOX Total Coverage Warranty. From the date of registration, your product will be protected against manufacturing defects, functional failures, any accidental damages to the covered product, including breakage, water damage or any other unintentional accident for a duration of 30 years. Please note, your product must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

These warranties are only available on MINOX products which have been imported by Blaser USA Inc., which is the official importer of MINOX products in the United States of America. This warranty is only available to products purchased through authorized Blaser USA dealers of MINOX products.
No service or support will be granted to products which were not imported by Blaser USA Inc. or not sold through authorized Blaser USA dealers.
Replacements Under Warranty
If you believe your product may be defective during the warranty period, please contact Blaser USA. A Blaser USA representative will communicate with you to help determine the cause of the defect and provide additional instructions. Alternatively, please visit the Service & Repairs page and download the Customer Product Repair and Service Request Form, fill it out and send it with your MINOX product and proof of purchase to:

You may be given a return authorization number and be asked to send the product to Blaser USA. Once received, our service department will determine if the defect is a warranty covered item. If it is determined to be a warranty issue, Blaser USA will repair or exchange the product without charge. If a replacement is necessary, it will be made with a product of equal or greater value. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the MINOX standard of quality, and, at Blaser USA’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Exchanged products will assume the remaining warranty period of your original product. The item replaced becomes the property of Blaser USA.
