Service & Repairs

We are especially proud to offer repairs for the entire range of MINOX products, even those that are no longer in production or have been discontinued long ago.

However, please note that your product will be sent to Germany to be repaired, which will be shipped at the end of each month. It may take six to eight weeks until we get your MINOX product back. You will be informed as soon as it has arrived to our headquarters in the USA.

Important note: we do not accept MINOX products sent from Canada. They will be sent back to the sender at their own costs.

Please download the Customer Product Repair and Service Request Form before filling it out - it cannot be filled out online. This form can be completed with your PC before printing it out. Alternativley, print it out and fill in the form by hand. All of the applicable fields must be filled in before including it with your shipment. For warranty repairs, please include a copy of your proof of purchase or proof of registration.
